# Superschematic

> Cleveland, Ohio software workshop. Custom integrations, bespoke APIs, scalable ecommerce and full products, at a fixed price, from sketch to handoff.

**We draw the schematic, then we build the thing.** A small software workshop that takes niche consumer products and unglamorous business tooling from napkin sketch to shipped thing. No discovery phase theater. No twelve-person status call. Just the drawing and the build.

## What we build

### Niche consumer products

Software for people with specific tastes. Small audiences, strong opinions, nothing designed by committee. If the market research says "too small," that's usually our cue.

### Business-to-business tooling

The internal tools nobody demos at a conference and everybody opens forty times a day. Boring on purpose. Fast where it counts. Documented like someone else will inherit it, because they will.

### Partnerships that outlast the invoice

We'd rather have ten clients for ten years than a hundred for a quarter. Same principal on the call at month one and month forty.

## Kinds of projects

Four shapes the work usually takes. Most projects are one of these, and some are all four.

- **Custom integrations**: Connect the services you already pay for, so data moves without anyone copying it between tabs. Examples: stripe, google cloud, ai models.
- **Bespoke APIs**: Backend APIs built for your data and your clients, from a few clean endpoints to the system everything runs on. Examples: rest, webhooks, background jobs.
- **Scalable ecommerce**: Stores and the plumbing behind them that hold up on launch day, on a platform or built from scratch. Examples: shopify, headless storefronts, custom checkout.
- **Full products**: Greenfield products and applications, from the schematic to the first paying user. Examples: web apps, mobile apps, internal tools.

## In flight

Our own products, built with the same hands we hire out. Both are under development, and yes, you can poke at them.

### ezigab: AI-powered language CMS

Status: under development. Site: https://ezigab.com

A headless content management system that generates, manages and optimizes multi-language copy at scale — so your German site stops being six months behind your English one.

### waltour: cutting edge AI travel planner

Status: under development. Site: https://waltourworld.com

Personalized walking tours in any city, tailored to what you actually want to look at. Built because guidebooks keep sending everyone to the same four blocks.

## Ohio-born, midwest-raised, globally-minded

We're born and raised here, with roots across the Midwest, and we're glad to call the region home. The talent is here. The problems worth solving are here. The commute to your office is short.

Local service, in the same time zone, from people who understand what your business actually does.

## How a project goes

1. **The sketch**: One call, no deck. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether software is the answer.
2. **The schematic**: Scope, shape and a fixed number on one page. If it doesn't fit on one page, it isn't scoped yet.
3. **The build**: Weekly working software, not weekly status. Elite engineers, a principal who reads every pull request.
4. **The handoff**: Your code, your accounts, your docs. Keep us on retainer or don't — either way you own it outright.

## Simple pricing

One fixed price for the whole project, agreed on the schematic page before any build work starts.

- 25% on signing: The deposit. It books the schedule and starts the schematic.
- 25% schematic approved: You sign off the one-page scope and the fixed number.
- 30% build milestones accepted: Paid as each agreed milestone is accepted, in the same proportion.
- 20% handoff: Code, accounts and docs go to you, and you own it outright.

### Fixed price, no surprises

If we under-estimate, that's our cost, not yours. Every milestone has written acceptance criteria and a 5 business day review window.

### Changes outside the scope

Extra work is quoted before it starts and billed hourly at our rate card, so it never changes the fixed price silently. Scope changes are agreed in writing.
